How does Zip Trip Travel charge for service?+
Pay-As-You-Go clients pay a flat per-trip booking fee. Gold and Platinum Full-Service clients are billed on a monthly or annual managed-service agreement. Quotes are always free and disclosed before any commitment.
Do you only serve Colorado-based clients?+
No. We are based in Lakewood, CO and serve clients across the United States. Our office hours are Mountain Time but our 24/7 emergency line covers all U.S. time zones.
Can you book my corporate travel inside our existing T&E platform?+
Yes. We integrate with Concur, Expensify, Ramp, and most major TMC/expense systems. Profiles, policy rules, and approval workflows are mirrored.
Are your prices higher than booking online myself?+
In most cases our negotiated Travel Leaders Network rates match or beat public OTA pricing, and you avoid the time cost of self-management plus you gain 24/7 support, change-fee waivers, and supplier amenities.
What happens when something goes wrong at 2 a.m.?+
Platinum clients have a dedicated emergency line answered by a real agent (not a call center) 24/7/365. Gold and Pay-As-You-Go clients reach a shared after-hours line with a 15-minute callback SLA.
Do you handle destination weddings and group travel?+
Yes. We manage room blocks, contract negotiation, RSVP tracking, transportation, and on-site coordination for groups from 10 to 1,000+ travelers.
Will you book travel insurance?+
Always recommended and offered through Allianz, Travel Guard, and Travelex. Coverage choices are reviewed at booking and trip cost is disclosed up front.
